REM is not a required test and only a “recommended” one; asking your provider if they use REM will show you if they have invested in their paitients’ being properly fit. The new hearing aid platform from Phonak is a connectivity powerhouse! Previously, direct streaming has been limited to iOS devices (iPhones and iPads). The Phonak Marvel offers direct streaming to Android phones as well as most other Bluetooth devices (including Bluetooth TVs, flip phones, and laptops.)

Unlike other Bluetooth hearing aids, you can answer your phone calls by pressing a button on your hearing aid. Instead of your voice being picked up by your phone mic, the hearing aid uses its own mic system. That means you can leave your phone in your pocket or purse during a phone call!
