$49 Comprehensive Hearing Evaluations
Performed in our office, these diagnostic tests Include video otoscopy; pure-tone air and bone; speech reception threshold; MCL; UCL; word discrimination; speech-in-noise testing; general counseling; recommendations if applicable. A PDF version of the audiogram is available upon request.
$30 Digital Hearing Aid Programming
Includes programming based on the latest audiogram and your personal preferences and environment.
$30 Digital Hearing Aid Adjustment
Includes tailoring of the existing hearing aid programming to suit your personal tastes.
$20 Hearing Aid Cleaning and Maintenance
Includes a general cleaning and check of the hearing aid mics, and speakers for optimal sound output.
$350 Hearing Aid Repair (Original Equipment Manufacturer)
Includes a full repair of your hearing device with a warranty ranging from 6 to 12 months. In most cases a national warranty will be provided by the manufacturer for use at any of their service locations. Exceptions may apply.
$100 REM Verification
Measures the sound pressure level that develops when a hearing aid is worn in the ear and verifies that the hearing aid is providing the right amount of amplification for your particular hearing loss prescription. A current hearing evaluation is required to perform this verification.
$40 Per Ear Impressions
Impressions are custom-made models of your ears. These can used to make an accurate custom ear mold for hearing protection, hearing aids, or monitors. Alternatively, your impressions can be taken for your own use if preferred.
$150 Professional Fittings
For those who have attempted remotely-fit devices and would like the option of in-person care - a professional in-person initial fitting is available. We cover essentials that can’t be done over the internet, like feedback mitigation, fit and comfort modification, connectivity setup with training, and otoscopy. A current and complete hearing evaluation will be needed for this service if one is not already on file. (+49)
Hearing Aids
$999 - $1,900 per Entry Level Device
These devices are 100% digital, programmable, and come in all styles except IIC (invisible-in-canal). These devices help most types of hearing loss, however they lack features that may help one hear better in complex listening environments.
$2,000 - $2,200 per Mid Level Device
Mid-level devices come in all styles, including the IIC (invisible-in-canal). Most of these devices will have the option of wireless connectivity with other communication devices (cell phones, televisions, etc.) While they generally perform better than entry level devices, they do not include the highest level of technology available today.
$2,300 - $2,700 per Premium Level Device
Premium devices include the latest and most state-of-the-art technology available today. They are available in any style, including sophisticated power options.
